From collection of vintage handmade dresses with incredible detailing, here is a preschool / toddler girls floral dress with back buttons in FISH print, pink and blue, with stretchy chest/waist and pink stitched collar detail.  Apparently cotton - no tag, as these are all homemade. Two missing buttons in back - easy fix. Appears to be about a 2-3 - measures approx 4" arms, 9" shoulder, 18-24" waist, 19.5" long, 20-22" chest. Beautiful, classic look for little girl!
